| August 17, 2017 1:12 PM

The Miracle of America Museum is holding its monthly “Night at the Museum” event on Thursday, Aug. 24.

The free “Night at the Museum” is held on the fourth Thursday evening of each month. On Thursday, Aug. 24, the program will answer a couple of the most commonly asked questions from museum visitors. Namely, how did this musuem get started; and where did you get all of your stuff?

This month’s event will also celebrate museum founder Gil Mangels’ 75th birthday, so there will be cake and ice cream or root-beer floats. The program begins at 6:30 p.m.

The Sept. 28 program will have Polson’s namesake, David Polson, and his daughter, Agnes, back from the grave to tell their story. The public is invited to share stories of their ancestors. Young folks from Polson High School Drama Club are expected to get involved with this program.

The Miracle of America Museum is located at 36094 Memory Lane, Polson. For more information, call 406-270-7895 or visit http://miracleofamericamuseum.org.
