Shops at Station 8 present 'Diva Day: Music and Literature'

The Shops at Station 8 presents “Diva Day: Music and Literature” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19.

The public is invited to an afternoon spent with local female entrepreneurs, hearing stories and inspiration for their work. Featured guests include Nan Mackenzie, Betty Kuffel, Marie F. Martin, Leslie Budewitz and Jess Owens.

Lemonade and cookies will be provided, and music by a local musician will be featured. Station 8 will be open during regular business hours, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and the guests will be present from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
