Paint, Metal and Mud to feature John Ashley

John Ashley is September’s featured artist at Paint, Metal and Mud art cooperative, 16 First St. W., Kalispell.

The art cooperative will host an artist reception with refreshments from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1. Special discounts for the entire month of September include 50 percent off artist proofs, discontinued and scratch and dent photos on canvas. There will also be 50 percent off scratch and dent “Glacier National Park After Dark” books while supplies last.

Ashley is a well-known Montana photographer and biologist, and the author of an award-winning book, “Glacier National Park After Dark.”
