Glacier High School took the top honors in a two-day Kalispell Speech and Debate tournament over the weekend, beating Flathead High School 224-191. The tournament featured teams from all over western Montana and one team from Pasco, Washington.

Glacier has had the edge over Flathead in the Kalispell tournament for the past four years, but this competition was much closer than most. It wasn’t decided until the final rounds, when Glacier had winners in eight of the fifteen events.
