No. 25013 INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed bids for the "Proposed Water Lines & Pump House for South Eighty Subdivision" will be received by APEC Engineering until 3:00 PM local time on January 24, 2018. After this time the bids will be taken into consideration and opened at the discretion of the Owner. The project includes all labor, materials, and fees to install water mains, valves, pump house, outside electrical conduits, appurtenant structures, and associated site work. No. 25010 Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) Plumbing, Mechanical & Electrical Subcontractors Sentinel High School Addition and Remodel Langlas & Associates, Inc. ("Langlas") requests a Statement of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified individuals or firms for the purpose of engaging Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical firms for the Sentinel High School Addition and Remodel project located in Missoula, MT. Planned work generally includes upgrading plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems for 251,038 square feet of existing buildings, plus providing new systems for 8,500 sf of new construction. Following an evaluation against criteria published within the RFQ/P, Langlas intends to enter into a contract with the selected Plumbing, Mechanical and/or Electrical firm that will include Preconstruction Phase Services as outlined within the RFQ/P, with provisions for adding Construction Services through acceptance of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by contract amendment. The amendment would include construction services through completion of the Project. Alternatively, Langlas may, at its sole discretion, choose not to continue the Contract beyond the completion of preconstruction activities and solicit bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Project, in accordance with provisions set forth in the complete RFQ/P document. This RFQ/P shall not commit Langlas to enter into any agreement, to pay any expenses incurred in preparation of any response to this request, or to procure or contract for any supplies, goods or services.
