A man who allegedly told officers he would “violate, violate, violate” an order of protection to see his children pleaded not guilty to charges of felony intimidation in Flathead District Court on Feb. 2.

William Clinton Blue, 27, allegedly violated an order of protection that a woman had filed against him for herself and the couple’s two children.

According to court documents, Blue reportedly called the woman when she was with an officer who was investigating the situation. Blue allegedly spoke with officers several times on the woman’s phone and threatened to hurt her if he could not see his kids.

Blue was arrested on a probation warrant the following day and reportedly continued with his threats while being taken into custody.

His trial is set for July 3.
