Woman denies driving drunk with child in car

A woman allegedly caught driving under the influence with a child in the car pleaded not guilty on Feb. 2 in Flathead County District Court.

Elizabeth Patricia Reid, 32, was charged with felony criminal child endangerment after authorities allegedly stopped her for speeding in January.

The officer reportedly noticed a 12-year-old in the back seat and noted that Reid showed signs of impairment upon completing a field sobriety test.

Reid allegedly refused to provide a breath sample and was arrested for driving under the influence.

The case trial is set for July 3.
