Rusty screwdriver worries woman

A woman reported a rust-covered screwdriver to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department. An officer disposed of the screwdriver.

A shattered window and broken door allegedly resulted from a quarreling couple’s stay in a hotel room. The couple advised responding officers that the argument was verbal and the damage reportedly occurred when the man slammed the door.

A child nearly choked while chewing a hot dog. His mother managed to remove the sausage from her son’s esophagus and declined additional aid.

Authorities responded to a woman who claimed an acquaintance took her phone charger and reportedly refused to return it. Officers retrieved the charger from the man and gave it back to the woman.

Someone allegedly turned on a faucet in a woman’s yard resulting in the flooding of her basement, according to a Flathead County Sheriff’s Office report.

Whitefish Police officers responded to a report of an allegedly deaf and blind springer spaniel at large that kept running into things.

Police allegedly heard screaming on the other end of a call but were unable to connect with the caller before it disconnected.

When authorities attempted to redial the number they reached a woman who allegedly informed them she had been at a club and accidentally “boob dialed” 9-1-1.
