No. 24272 Notice of Passage Intent to Create SID #38 The Columbia Falls City Council adopted Resolution # 1744 on December 19, 2016 after holding a public hearing on their Intention to Create Special Improvement District #38. Such resolution is on file with the City Clerk for the City of Columbia Falls and contains a description of the boundaries of the proposed district. Special Improvement District (SID) #38 is created to install the necessary water and sewer mains and service lines to connect all of the properties to City water and sewer services, install water hydrants, and rebuild the street surface as engineered and pay the appropriate water and sewer plant investment fees. The estimated costs of these improvements and plant investment fees are $1.2 million with the SID 38 properties contributing a total of approximately $340,000 or an equal per lot assessment of $12,142/lot. No. 24289 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED ISSUE OF HEALTH CARE FACILITIES REVENUE BONDS MONTANA FACILITY FINANCE AUTHORITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Executive Director of the Montana Facility Finance Authority (the "Authority") or his designee, on March 7, 2017, in the offices of the Authority at 2401 Colonial Drive, Third Floor, Helena, Montana 59620, at 11:00 a.m. will hold a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the Authority issue its health care facilities revenue bonds or notes, in one or more series (the "Bonds"), under Montana Code Annotated, Title 90, Chapter 7, Parts 1, 2 and 3, as amended. The Project will be owned and operated by the Borrower and located on the Borrower's Campus. The aggregate principal amount of Bonds to be issued is estimated not to exceed $14,500,000 (exclusive of original issue discount). If the Bonds are issued and the proceeds thereof loaned to the Borrower as proposed, the Borrower will agree to repay the loan at times and in amounts sufficient to provide for the prompt payment of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds when due. The Bonds will be payable from and secured by a pledge of the loan repayments from the Borrower. The Bonds may also (but need not be) secured by additional collateral as may be provided by the Borrower.
