Windshield damaged by angry owner

A man was reportedly seen slumped over in the front seat of a car with bullet holes in the windshield. The Whitefish Police Department responded and found that the man was fine. The man told officers that he had gotten frustrated with his car while previously out in the woods and put the bullet holes in the vehicle himself.

Drivers reported being assaulted by two people allegedly hanging out of a vehicle’s sunroof and throwing objects at passing cars.

The ex-boyfriend of a woman allegedly hacked her Facebook account and threatened to post “adult pictures” of them together, according to a Kalispell Police report. The woman said the man allegedly claimed to have photos of her with other men as well.

One month after staying in a hotel, someone reported being harassed by an employee whom they suspected of going through the hotel’s records to find contact information. The employee reportedly threatened to beat the person up.

The husband of a purple-haired woman told police that he had gone to visit the salon responsible for coloring his wife’s hair, and was told to leave because he was trespassing.

A hazmat team was called to clean up a burning vehicle — a suspected meth lab — when the van caught on fire in a parking lot in Kalispell. People were allegedly seen fleeing from the burning vehicle but the hospital reported no corresponding burn victims.
