FDP-16-27 A request by KC Yahvah of Montana Department of Transportation to replace the bridge over the South Fork of the Flathead River and reconstruct 1.1 miles of road on U.S. Highway 2. There is currently an existing bridge that will remain in place throughout construction, the new bridge will be located just downstream from the existing bridge. The old bridge will be removed with the issuance of this floodplain development permit. No. 24186 PUBLIC OPPORTUNITY TO PROTEST TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND LOCATION MONTANA RETAIL ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION RESTAURANT BEER AND WINE LICENSE KR SIK, Inc. (Members: Kimberly Sikorsky, Russell Sikorsky) has applied to transfer Montana Retail On-Premises Consumption Restaurant Beer and Wine License No. 07-937-2615-401 to be operated at North Fork Pizza, 605 Nucleus Avenue, Columbia Falls, Flathead County. The public may protest this license in accordance with the law. Who can protest this license? Protests will be accepted from residents of the county of the proposed location (Flathead), residents of adjoining Montana counties (Lincoln, Glacier, Pondera, Teton, Lewis & Clark, Powell, Lake, Sanders), and residents of adjoining counties in another state if the criteria in 16-4-207(4)(d), Montana Code Annotated (MCA), are met. How are protests submitted? Protests must be postmarked to the Department of Revenue, Office of Dispute Resolution, P.O. Box 5805, Helena, Montana 59604-5805 on or before January 26, 2017. What happens if the license is protested? Depending on the number of protests and the protest grounds, a public hearing will be held in Helena or Columbia Falls. All valid protestors will be notified of the hearing's time, date and location. Hearings typically are scheduled within 90 days. A protester's hearing testimony is limited to the grounds in the protester's letter.
