D2017.1.5 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND INTERVENTION DEADLINE On January 10, 2017, TML Construction, LLC ("TML"), submitted a request to the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission") for approval to adopt water and sewer rates for the Fox Hill Estates Subdivision near Creston, Montana, and for approval of the sale and transfer of ownership of the Fox Hill Estates Subdivision water and sewer systems ("Application"). TML's request included flat usage water rates of $50 per month per connection; flat sewer usage rates of $30 per month per connection to Phase 3 and Phase 4 properties, only; and Standard Ancillary Charges for Small Water/Sewer Utility of $25 for payment refused as a result of insufficient funding, $50 reconnection charge, and 1% per month on interest on past due balances. On November 22, 2016, Fox Hill Utilities, LLC ("Fox Hill"), mailed the Fox Hill Estates Subdivision water and sewer customers notice of the request to the Commission for approval of the rate request and the transfer of ownership and sale of the Fox Hill Estates Subdivision water and sewer systems to Fox Hill.
