Alleged attack involved bear spray

Up to three people were reportedly assaulted with bear spray. A bearded man with long hair and a woman with dark hair in a bun, both described as being in their 40s, allegedly showed up at a Pleasant Lane residence claiming they had car trouble Sunday afternoon, according to Kalispell Police Department. The pair then allegedly sprayed the individuals at the residence with bear spray in an attempt to rob them before leaving in a white minivan-type vehicle that possibly had a rack on top.

Pictures on someone’s hotel room wall were reportedly vibrating due to very loud music from the person next door. The person alleged to be playing the loud music apparently didn’t make enough of a commotion, so she reportedly went door to door threatening residents and children, telling someone “she would blow them up.” When that wasn’t enough, the woman in shorts and high socks reportedly started kicking in doors.

Two women nearly got into a kerfuffle on Sunny View Lane when one of them opened her door into another vehicle. The woman said there wasn’t damage to the vehicle, but the other woman was reportedly upset enough about it to start an argument. The parties were separated.

A man’s suspicions were raised on Fifth Avenue East and Second Street East when he allegedly confronted a woman with a laptop and a man with “prison tats” who were parked in front of a house and “took off” when he said he was going to call the police.

Someone allegedly was throwing snowballs at windows of an apartment on Appleway Drive.

A dog with a bleeding cut near its tail was spotted on Sylvan Drive.

Someone reportedly poured bleach into a person’s gas tank on Fifth Avenue West.

What was originally reported as a fight turned out to be “an extremely intoxicated” young teen who fell on the floor and was crawling around bleeding from his head.

Someone reportedly heard strange sounds “like someone banging on the outside wall of the house” for more than 30 minutes on Sixth Street East, but couldn’t see anyone.

A woman sleeping in her car in a Hutton Ranch Road parking lot said she woke up to a man wearing a hat “with flappy ears” taking gas, yelling “I’m out of gas,” before getting into his vehicle and driving off.

A gas leak was reportedly found on the exterior of a school on Fifth Avenue West North.

A Bluestone resident reported that he believed someone was hacking into his computer and phones over the past month and was referred to a “scam hotline.”

Flathead County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident involving an alleged altercation between several people that resulted in a man being stabbed around 2:25 a.m. Sunday on Canyon Road in Hungry Horse. The man’s injuries were not life threatening, according to Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry.

Someone on El Rancho Road in Kalispell said a man called multiple people allegedly saying he was going to start shooting everyone’s cats, upset that the felines were “using his soft, dirt floor [in the] woodshed as an outhouse.” Officers told the man he can’t shoot the cats, but could call the shelter to let them know he may be trapping and bringing in several cats.

A building was reportedly broken into on Ninth Street West in Columbia Falls. Someone said a board had been pried away and a generator and battery charger were stolen.

Someone on Canyon Road in Hungry Horse wanted to report drug use by people who were allegedly smoking methamphetamine out of a glass pipe.
