The selected GC/CM will participate in a collaborative process to assist, as a partner, with the District, the Project Architect, and the other members of the design team in the development and finalization of its Center for Sustainability and Entrepreneurship. The District is constructing a new facility - the Center for Sustainability and Entrepreneurship - which will contain an extensive greenhouse and experiential learning center.
