The specific request includes rezoning 0.2 acres from R-2.5 Rural Residential to B-2A Secondary Business, 36.2 acres from SAG-5 Suburban Agricultural to B-2A Secondary Business, 79.2 acres from SAG-5 to BSD Business Service District, 145.2 acres from AG-20 Agricultural to SAG-5 Suburban Agricultural, and approximately 490 acres is requested to be zoned SWO Highway 93 South Overlay. The request B-2A zoning affects parcels with frontage on both sides Highway 93 beginning on the south side of Highway 40, extending south approximately 1,320 feet. The BSD zoning affects parcels that generally have direct access on both sides of Highway 93 beginning south of Russel Road, extending south approximately 3,300 feet. The SAG-5 zoning affects parcels with direct access on both sides of Highway 93 beginning south of Chickadee Way, extending south approximately 2,650 feet.
