On August 27, 2014, at its regularly scheduled work session, the Commission voted to approve the application of Indian Springs for establishment of initial rates and charges under Admin. R. Mont. 38.5.2528 (2014). Indian Springs was authorized to implement a flat charge of $40.00 per month for non-metered residential water customers and a sewer service charge of $20.00 per month ($60.00 total charge); a non-metered RV lot charge of $30.00 for water and $10.00 for sewer ($40.00 total charge); a monthly metered commercial (non-irrigation) customer rate of $40.00 per connection with a $2.00 per 1,000 commodity charge for usage in excess of 10,000 gallons with a flat $30.00 per connection per month charge for sewer service; and a monthly metered commercial (irrigation) charge of $40.00 plus a usage rate of $0.40 per 1,000 gallons for customer usage in excess of 10,000 gallons, effective September 15, 2014.
