No. 24713 City of Columbia Falls Notice of Intent to Levy and Assess SID #38 The Columbia Falls City Council adopted Resolution # 1752 on July 17, 2017 giving notice of their Intention to levy and assess a tax upon all lots or parcels of land in Special Improvement District #38. The City Council shall meet on August 7, 2017 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 130 6th St West, Columbia Falls, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the levying and assessment of the special assessments in SID #38 and will consider objections, if any of the property owners at that time.
