Pablo crash victim identified

Authorities have released the identity of the Pablo man killed in a one-vehicle crash on Skyline Road in Pablo on May 30.

The man was identified as Bryan Raymond Gaskins, 47, of Polson.

According to a press release from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Gaskins was pronounced dead on the scene of the accident, which occurred when the driver of an Oldsmobile Cutlass lost control and the car flipped, skidded broadside on the driver’s side off the road and landed on its roof.

Officials said Gaskins was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected from the car during the crash.

The driver of the car, a 70-year-old unidentified man from Pablo, is being treated for his injuries.
