Richard 'Faz' Fazio, 77

Richard “Faz” Fazio, formerly of Kalispell, was born Nov. 6, 1939, in New York and passed away June 12, 2017, in Nevada.

His survivors include his son Matthew Fazio; wife Margie Mondt-Fazio; sister Elaine and her family; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
