Daniel Cox, 38

Daniel Cox, 38, of Kalispell, passed away on Feb. 19, 2017, while in San Diego seeking medical treatment.

Danny was born in Grand Junction, Colorado, on July 24, 1978, and grew up in San Clemente, California. He moved to Kalispell approximately eight years ago.

Danny was preceded in death by his great-grandma, Lillian Pixler; his grandma, Patsy Brandenburg; his aunt, Sharon Parrish; his cousin, Jeremy Garcia; and his stepdad, Jim Jungwirth.

He is survived by his son, Ethen Cox; his sisters, Jill, Kelly, Amy and Tanya; his mom, Joy Briggs; his father, Ed Cox; his stepdad, Dave Johnson; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Danny’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 11, at the Smith Valley Grange on U.S. Highway 2.
