New K9 to join chief for coffee

The new Kalispell Police K9, Cairo, and his handler, Jason Parce, will be joining Chief Roger Nasset for the March meeting of Coffee with the Chief.

Cairo is a Belgian malinois/shepherd mix, bred and trained as a drug detection dog to patrol schools and aid in drug searches conducted by the Kalispell Police Department.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the basement of Sykes Diner at 202 Second Ave. W.
