Kalispell man denies drug charge
A Kalispell man allegedly caught at a traffic stop with 8.5 grams of heroin denied charges that he intended to sell it.
Ryan Scott Drollinger, 40, pleaded not guilty to felony possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell on March 16 in Flathead District Court.
According to court documents, Drollinger was stopped in Evergreen where an officer reportedly discovered a syringe in his driver’s side door.
Authorities searched Drollinger and his car and allegedly found the drugs portioned into amounts consistent with personal use.
A jury trial is set for September. If convicted, Drollinger faces up to 20 years in Montana State Prison and a $50,000 fine.
