Fowl play suspected in turkey deaths

Between 10 and 15 dead turkeys were reportedly found in a dumpster with several shotgun shells littering the ground around it, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

An aggressive dog was documented as a repeat offender after it allegedly bit a second child, requiring a trip to the emergency room. The owner told authorities he wanted to have to dog put down.

A man staying in a hotel allegedly called for a taxi, but when it arrived, the man was reportedly too intoxicated to move from where he was lying on the floor of his room. Responding Kalispell Police officers assisted the man back into bed.

A cat reportedly snuck into a building, setting off a burglary alarm.

A cart full of groceries was reported stolen from a store in Kalispell.

Someone allegedly drove up to a yard sale, put a motorcycle in their vehicle and drove off.

According to a report, an entire building on Liberty Street smelled so strongly of marijuana that residents felt sick and had to leave the building. Responding officers did not smell anything.
