Dustin Lynch to play Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo
Tennessean Dustin Lynch, a rising country music star and “Lip Sync Battle” champion, will headline this year’s Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo with a live concert Wednesday, Aug. 16.
Tickets for the show go on sale Thursday, May 18, at 9 a.m. at www.nwmtfair.com.
Lynch saw his self-titled debut album reach No. 1 on Billboard’s Best Country Album chart in 2012 and has released a bevy of hits since that time, including “Cowboys and Angels,” “Where It’s At” and “Small Town Boy.” He has performed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” and Lynch toured last year in support of country superstar Luke Bryan.
The 32-year-old took a break from his own voice to complete on Spike TV’s “Lip Sync Battle” in late 2016 and won the show’s Country Holidays competition by lip syncing Ludacris’ “What’s Your Fantasy.”
Flathead’s Got Talent winner Jael Johnson and country singer Bailey Bryan will open for Lynch on Aug. 16. The show is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
The 2017 Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo is Aug. 16-20 at the Flathead County Fairgrounds in Kalispell. For more information, visit www.nwmtfair.com.
