No 24548 REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The City of Kalispell is proposing the Glacier Rail Park and Kalispell Trail Project. The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is providing partial funding for construction of the Project through a grant under the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) program. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and FRA's NEPA procedures, the City and FRA have prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) to evaluate the potential impacts of the Project on the human and natural environment.
