Gun-toting dad makes slippery move on sled hill
According to the Kalispell Police Department call logs, a child reportedly found a gun at the sledding hill. A man reportedly said ‘Oh that’s mine. I didn’t know I lost it.” He later told police the gun fell out of his pocket while he was sleigh riding with his daughter. Police advised the man to be sure and secure his weapon given the number of kids in the area.
A man with a known criminal history was reportedly swinging his cane around and walking behind a store counter. Employees said the suspect didn’t actually hit anything. They were unsure what he was upset about.
A man who “reeks of alcohol” was reportedly passed out on a couch in a business lobby.
According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, a caller said their neighbors had loud party noises coming from their house. Police made contact and found a husband and wife singing Karaoke.
A woman reported she lost her serval cat. She said it looked like a leopard and was the size of the bobcat. She said it is harmless and she had a permit for it.
A man claimed that his sister-in-law got drunk and started harassing him and his wife.
A caller said a business behind his business was throwing material into his dumpster. He was going to set it neatly back in front of the store and let them know not to use the dumpster anymore.
According to the Whitefish Police Department, a lady was reportedly shining a light at passing cars and jumping in front them.
According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, a man was worried someone was cutting firewood on private property.
A man with a mustache and a goatee, and woman in a white coat were reportedly acting suspicious in a parking lot, throwing their hands around and making obscene gestures.
A pit bull reportedly attacked a woman and her dog. Police allegedly found that the dog bit the woman’s hand and her dog suffered injuries to it’s tail. The dog owner’s face was reportedly bloody for an unknown reason.
A caller reported a banging noise, like someone was hitting the wall over and over. Contact was made with subjects who said they didn’t think they were making any noise but they would try to be quieter.
