Maybe the coyote wanted to walk, too

A man called the Whitefish Police Department to report that a coyote was following him while he was walking his dog on U.S. 93 West.

A Wisconsin Avenue resident called police about someone nearby allegedly using a chainsaw in the dry grass.

A bystander called police about a couple who were allegedly fighting on Baker Avenue. The fight was reportedly getting physical between the pair, with a group of other bystanders nearby. Officers made contact with the fighters and the group. Everyone refused medical assistance, no one wanted to press charges and the group was separated.
