Suspicious man on roof just a roofer

A caller advised police that a male was sitting on the edge of the roof of a Kalispell business. She thought it was strange and that someone should check on him. Police reportedly spoke with an employee of the business who said they had crews replacing the roof.

According to the Kalispell Police Department, a man in overalls got very angry and starting yelling at employees in a Kalispell business.

A man was reportedly banging on a Kalispell woman’s door, ringing her door bell and making harassing phone calls at night.

A caller said they saw man and woman switching tags on clothing items and going through self-checkout at a department store.

A female reportedly beat up a male in the parking lot of a Kalispell bar. The male declined medical treatment.

A domestic disturbance was reported when a man reportedly threw a baby bottle at the wall and it broke a lamp.

A caller thought that a skinny man with a hoodie and baseball cap, and a heavy set female carrying a skateboard might have something to do with the “mall incident” after they saw something posted on Facebook.

A bank security person called police asking if the banks have anything to worry about.

Two males were seen knocking on doors in Kalispell. The caller was reportedly “weirded out” because they weren’t carrying anything or leaving pamphlets on the door. Police found pamphlets hanging off the doors of several residences in the area.

According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office a woman reported a homeless man coming by for three days, yelling over the back fence and trying to feed her dog.

A Libby woman called 911 when she saw smoke near her residence. Police checked it out and thought the smoke was coming from a barbecue grill.

A man reportedly hadn’t returned home in almost eight hours after walking to the gas station to get smokes.

Dispatchers received a 911 call from a 4-year-old child saying his brother pushed him and was being mean to him, then the call got disconnected. His aunt answered the call back and apologized saying the child was trying to call his dad but didn’t know the number.
