The applicant proposes to place approximately 30,000 cubic yards of structural fill within the regulated floodplain of Whitefish River. The application indicates the project will allow for the placement of Class A and Class B mobile homes. The project is located at 58 and 78 West Cottonwood Drive and can legally be described as Tracts 8C, 3CB, 3I, 3IA, 3IAA, 3BGG, 3BG, 3BJA, 3EE, 3EDA in Section 04, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
