The objectives of the timber sale are to contribute 2-5 MMbf to the annual sustainable-yield targets for DNRC, and generate revenue for the associated School Trusts and Forest Improvement Fund. The project would be designed to maintain existing recreational uses and include provisions for any proposed future recreational uses that have been identified in the Beaver Lakes Area Public Recreation Use Easement.
