Specifically, Big Foot seeks a Class D motor carrier certificate for the transportation of garbage on a regular basis between all points and places within Flathead County. Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC ("Allied Waste"), Evergreen Disposal Inc. ("Evergreen"), and Montana Waste System, Inc., d/b/a North Valley Refuse ("North Valley"), filed protests of Big Foot's application.
