A man claimed that he drove into a fire hydrant sometime between 11:30 p.m. and midnight. He told the Columbia Falls Police Department that the accident happened because he had a sneezing attack,

A woman said her ex-husband had posted nude photos of her online after he hacked into her accounts. She said she had an email from him admitting to the offense. She filed a protection order against him, but wasn’t sure if it had been served.

Someone called to report that her neighbors were smoking weed on the deck. Also, a complaint was made when a friend came to visit the woman’s granddaughter and the people were smoking marijuana. She asked them to leave and they were verbally vulgar with her.

A parking dispute resulted in a screaming match between two neighbors. The man who called said the other man was making threats toward him and his wife.

A person who runs a clothing business in Columbia Falls wanted a woman to stop going through the dumpsters and donation bins.

A person called from an area bar to report what looked like a body in a bag in front of a pawn shop. An officer didn’t find anything after checking the location.

Someone called to report hearing a woman screaming. The caller said people were arguing and she believed police would need backup. When officers arrived, they said the woman was acting very erratic and was combative.

A barefoot girl holding a pillow and blanket was walking on the edge of Highway 40. She said that she had left her dad’s home and was on her way to her mother’s residence. A Montana Highway Patrol trooper picked up the girl.
