Steven Dent cashed in on the final night of the Northwest Montana Fair PRCA Rodeo with some high-point rides for a dandy pay check.

The Mullen, Nebraska, cowboy won the bareback riding with an 89.5-go on Mighty Fine and later turned in the sixth-best score in saddle bronc with an 83.5. That helped him claim the all-around title with earnings of $3,031.

Orin Larsen set the standard in the bareback on Thursday with his 88-point ride. It held up through Friday, but Dent took care of that on Saturday.

The final performance also saw changes in steer wrestling, with Molt’s Hank Hollenbeck taking over the No. 1 spot with his 4.1 second time, and in tie-down roping, with Cody Craig of Wendell, Idaho, turning in a quick 9.2 go to best that event.

Team ropers Jade Stoddard of Sugar City, Idaho, and Matt Williams of Rexburg, Idaho, turned in a 7.4 second time on Thursday and that time held up.

J.T. Moore of Alvin, Texas, won the bull riding with his 82 points on Rapid Fire on Friday evening. There were only three qualified rides in that event.
