Woman vs. dog, loser gets caged

A woman called Kalispell Police to inform them that she found a dog running loose and planned to punch the dog in the face if someone did not come to help contain it. According to the woman, the dog was barking and attempting to attack other dogs. The report stated the woman was screaming at the dog and slurring her words, but managed to inform dispatch that if an officer didn’t arrive in 10 minutes, she would “put a bullet in the dog’s brain.” The dog was returned safely to its owner a few houses down the road. The woman was reportedly arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

A concessions stand owner at the Northwest Montana Fair stated he had multiple African American employees who were being racially threatened and asked for assistance from law enforcement in ensuring their safety.

A concerned resident reported finding pieces of a bell pepper on either side of his house and felt it was suspicious. The man stated he was concerned someone might have gotten into his house and went over to check his neighbors’ home to see if they had locked it before going on a camping trip for the weekend.

A man claimed he was standing outside his apartment complex when someone in a black vehicle rolled down their window and pointed a handgun out the window before driving away. The man did not say whether the gun was pointed at him, but said he felt threatened.

Someone reportedly stole a 30-pack of beer from a store before hopping into a sedan full of people and driving off down Fifth Avenue WN.

A woman reported her vehicle stolen after someone allegedly dropped her intoxicated daughter off at home and then drove off with the car.

A young couple was advised against dancing in a park gazebo.

Two neighbors reportedly got into an argument when one decided the other was talking too loudly and started yelling for him to quiet down. When the loud neighbor reportedly told the other to go back inside, the agitated neighbor allegedly began throwing rocks and demanding he come fight him. Neither neighbor was injured, and the alleged rock thrower reportedly apologized before retreating into his own house.
