Maybe time to take a chill pill
An irate man called the Columbia Falls Police Department to report his neighbors had parked in front of his house, which prevented him from leaving his driveway. He said if police didn’t come soon he was going to “crack their skulls.”
A person called to report their home had been broken into with several items missing, including her husband’s police badges.
A caller reported that someone stole a trailer and some bikes.
A heavy-drinking woman fell, leaving a gash above her right eye. She said she didn’t want any medical care.
Another person who had imbibed a bit too much alcohol called, but she wasn’t sure why. She was moaning, sneezing and crying, but she said she didn’t want an ambulance or police officer to respond.
A female caller told the Kalispell Police Department that a man eating an ice cream cone was looking at her when she got into her car. When an officer spoke to the man, he said he was waiting for someone to bring his dog.
A store employee reported three people in a blue Buick sedan stole a 30-pack of beer. Two of the thirsty thieves were men. One was described as man wearing a white shirt and black shorts with paint on them. The other man was wearing dark blue jeans and a dark T-shirt. The woman was described as having long, reddish-brown hair and in her 20s.
A person reported two young boys in his front yard; he didn’t know who the parents were. Neither child had a shirt or shoes and one wore pajama bottoms while the other had shorts on.
A person said they may have bought a stolen cell phone from a guy in Woodland Park.
A woman reported being bit by her neighbor’s dog, a Pomeranian. She said she was bit in two separate places, including her thumb and her crotch. She said didn’t need medical attention, but she was going to wait for an officer to arrive. She said the owner didn’t apologize or ask if she was OK.
A caller reported two teens smoking from a bong. The boy was riding a skateboard and the girl was on a bicycle. The caller said she and a person were uncomfortable and left the park.
A report came in about a black bear up in a tree. The caller said that if the bear came down, he’d run it out of town.
