On October 10, 2017, the Department of Environmental Quality (Department) received an application for an air quality operating permit from Flathead County Solid Waste District - Flathead County Sanitary Landfill. The draft operating permit required by ARM Title 17, Chapter 8, Subchapter 12, Operating Permit Program will be issued to the applicant on December 14, 2018. 3.
