Scott Raymond Wolfe, 60
Scott Raymond Wolfe, 60, passed away in his sleep at home on Jan. 8, 2018.
He was born in Whitefish to Ted Jr. and Jean Wolfe on July 2, 1957. Scott graduated from Whitefish High School in 1975. He went on to serve his country for four years in the U.S. Navy and received an honorable discharge.
Scott worked on the railroad in many capacities for over 20 years. During the past several years of his life he found his passion working for Rocky Mountain Transportation, where he took great pride and satisfaction in bussing kids to school, sporting events and driving the Snow Bus during the winter months.
Scott enjoyed playing the drums and was in several bands in his younger years. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing, bowling, riding motorcycles, shooting pool, playing cards, watching movies and attending local sporting events with his good friends. He was awarded “Bulldog Basketball Fan of the Year” during the 2012-13 season and relished in that honor with great pride. He loved his family and friends with an undying commitment and fidelity.
Scott was a kind and gentle soul who would jump at a moment’s notice to lend you a hand. When he gave you his word, you could count on it without fail.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
