The Flathead Municipal Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items or reject any and all bids and make the award deemed in the best interest of the Airport Authority. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days from the opening thereof. All bidders are advised to examine the site to become familiar with all site conditions.
