No. 25439 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE To be sold for cash at Trustee's Sale on the 17th day of July, 2018, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., at the front door of the Flathead County Justice Center, 920 South Main, Kalispell, Montana, is the following property: Lot four (4), block seven (7) of Somers Townsite, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the clerk and recorder of Flathead County, Montana; together with all buildings, fixtures and improvements thereon and all water rights, rights-of-way, easements, rents, issues, profits, income, tenements, hereditaments, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, used or enjoyed with said property, or any part thereof.
