No. 25447 NOTICE TO CLARK FORK BELOW FLATHEAD RIVER WATER USERS (Pursuant to Section 85-2-233(6), MCA) A Motion to amend claim 76N-5821-00 has been filed with the Montana Water Court by claimant Water Service Inc. The Temporary Preliminary Decree for this Claim states that the purpose is commercial and that the place of use is the NW of section 16, the SW of section 17, the SE of section 20, and the NE of section 21, all in T24N, R31W, Sanders County. This claim is for a well which provides water to the Trout Creek community. PROPOSED AMENDMENTS The motion to amend requests the following changes to claim 76N 5821-00: change the purpose to municipal and change the place of use to the SW of section 16, the S2NE and S2 of section 17, the E2 of section 20, and the W2 of section 21, all in T24N, R31W, Sanders County.
