No. 25429 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND BID FOR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA MAINTENANCE AND NATIONAL MONITORING CENTER COMPUTER MAINTENANCE The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes Safety of Dams (SOD) Program desires to enter in to an Agreement with a Contractor to provide maintenance of video surveillance cameras at the SOD office, and provide maintenance of the computer system at the National Monitoring Center (NMC) office in Ronan, MT. Maintenance of the video system requires camera and computer cleaning, repair, and replacement where required. Maintenance of the NMC computer system requires cleaning and replacement of hardware, and maintenance of system software. No. 25427 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE To be sold for cash at Trustee's Sale on the 15th day of August, 2018, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., at the front door of the Flathead County Justice Center, 920 South Main, Kalispell, Montana, is the following property: Lot 7B of Sunnyside Subdivision, Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof in file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana; together with all buildings, fixtures and improvements thereon and all water rights, rights-of-way, easements, rents, issues, profits, income, tenements, hereditaments, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, used or enjoyed with said property, or any part thereof. Cynthia R. Nelson, as Grantor, conveyed the above-described property to Sterling Title Services, Inc., as Trustee, to secure an obligation owed to United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service or successor agency, United States Department of Agriculture, as Beneficiary, by Trust Indenture, dated August 7, 2009, and recorded on August 7, 2009, under Document No. 200900022980, records of Flathead County, Montana.
