The Temporary Preliminary Decree for this Claim states that the purpose is commercial and that the place of use is the NW of section 16, the SW of section 17, the SE of section 20, and the NE of section 21, all in T24N, R31W, Sanders County. This claim is for a well which provides water to the Trout Creek community.
