No. 25468 CALL FOR BIDS Notice is herby given that the Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, will receive bids for the purchase of four (4) new, crew-cab, short-box pickup trucks and five (5) mid-sized sport utility vehicles (SUVs). All vehicles will be white in color. Bids must include the delivery cost to Kalispell, Montana. Specifications for the pickups and SUVs are available at the Flathead County Commissioners' Office, 800 South Main, Room 302, Kalispell, MT, at the Flathead County Sheriff's Office, 920 South Main, Suite 100, Kalispell, MT, and online at https://flathead.mt.gov/commissioner. Each bidder much deposit with the bid a security in the amount of $5,000.00 to secure the bidder's express covenant that if the bidder is awarded the contract, the bidder will, within ten (10) days, enter into a formal contract for the purchase and sale of said units. Bid security shall be payable to Flathead County and shall be in the form of lawful money of the United States: a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, bank draft, or bid bond executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in Montana. The bidder shall include with his bid the form of contract to be signed. The terms of said contract, including maintenance and warranty provisions, will be considered in determining the bid which best serves Flathead County's interests. The County reserves the right to negotiate terms of said contracts excluding prices contained therein. All sealed bids, plainly marked "SEALED BID - SHERIFF'S PATROL VEHICLES" must be in the hands of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, 800 South Main, Room 302, Kalispell, Montana 59901, on or before 8:45AM on Monday, July 2, 2018. No. 25482 PUBLIC NOTICE DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED, OBSOLETE AND UNDESIREABLE PROPERTY Notice is hereby given as required by Section 20-6-604, MCA, the Board of Trustees of School District No. 3 (Fair-Mont-Egan School) adopted a resolution to sell or otherwise dispose of abandoned, obsolete and undesirable property at the regular meeting on June 21st, 2018. A list of this property can be found at any school building office between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:30 pm. Any taxpayer of the district may appeal this resolution to district court any time prior to the effective date of the resolution. The effective date of the resolution will be July 11th, 2018.
