Susan Marie Onaindia, 69

Susan Marie (Miller) Onaindia, 69, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Susan was born on June 19, 1948, in Kalispell to Jack and Hazel (Ness) Miller. Sue was raised and attended school in Whitefish. She later moved to Gillette, Wyoming, and worked with the Teamster Union, Montgomery Ward and the Key Hole Marina out of New Castle, Wyoming.

It was in Gillette, that Susan met her husband of 33 years, Eugenio Onaindia. During these years, Susan’s primary role was that of a homemaker. She filled her days with camping, fishing and boating, as she liked the outdoors. You could find Geno and Sue at the lake most of the time in the summer. She also loved crafts and enjoyed sewing.

Susan is survived by her husband, Geno; her sister, Esther (Mike) Spreacker; and her brother, Ernie (Lizann) Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel; grandfather and grandmother, Olaf and Pearl Ness; and her sisters, Clara and Lucille, along with other siblings.
