- Kalispell’s Fourth of July parade starts at 10 a.m., rain or shine. Theme is “Funky Fourth.” Route heads north from the courthouse to Center Street. Old-fashioned ice cream social follows at Conrad Mansion Museum with live music, face painting, and self-guided reduced rate tours available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- Bigfork’s Fourth of July parade begins at noon on Grand and Electric Avenues, followed by rubber Ducks for Bucks race on Wild Mile of Swan River. Prizes. No cars will be allowed downtown after 8 a.m.

- Polson’s Fourth of July parade begins at noon downtown. Free ice cream served at Polson-Flathead Historical Museum. Fireworks at dusk.

- Troy’s Old-Fashioned Fourth of July celebration, Roosevelt Park. All-day family event features a car show, parade, craft and food vendors, live music. Fireworks begin at dusk. Free.
