The Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) is available at www.//fcwd101.wordpress.com A PER was prepared to study the water system, identify needs, and make recommendations for improvements. Recommended upgrade to the water infrastructure is in the PER. The project will be funded through a combination of funding mechanisms as it is available. The primary agency at this time is United States Department of Agriculture's Rural Development.
