No. 25210 NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Trustees of the EVERGREEN FIRE DISTRICT that on April 10, 2018 pursuant to a resolution duly adopted by the Trustees on January 29, 2018, a special election by the registered voters will be held in and for the District for the purpose of voting on the question of whether or not to increase the specific number of mills to be imposed against taxable property located within the District pursuant to MCA 15-10-420, for the purpose of personnel and equipment.
