No. 25170 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE To be sold for cash at Trustee's Sale on the 15th day of May, 2018, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., at the front door of the Flathead County Justice Center, 920 South Main, Kalispell, Montana, is the following property: Lot 107 of Spring Creek Estates Phase I, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana; together with all buildings, fixtures and improvements thereon and all water rights, rights-of-way, easements, rents, issues, profits, income, tenements, hereditaments, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, used or enjoyed with said property, or any part thereof.
