No. 25374 FLATHEAD MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY TO SUBMIT PASSENGER FACILITY CHARGE APPLICATION The Flathead Municipal Airport Authority (FMAA) intends to file an application with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to impose and use Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) revenue primarily for reimbursement of the local share of Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grant funded projects. The projects, completed between 1993 and 2006, included improving the airfield, terminal, and landside of the airport, purchasing aviation-related equipment, and planning for the future development of the airport. The FMAA seeks authority for approximately $1.5 million in PFC revenue, with a proposed PFC level of collection of $4.50 per eligible enplaned passenger. The estimated charge effective date for this PFC application is September 1, 2018, and the estimated charge expiration date is January 1, 2020. The estimated PFC revenue to be collected during this period is approximately $1.5 million. The FMAA currently has the approval to impose and use approximately $14 million, which is estimated to be completed at the same time as the estimated charge effective date of the proposed PFC application. In the event that all defaults are cured the foreclosure will be dismissed and the foreclosure sale will be canceled. The scheduled Trustee's Sale may be postponed by public proclamation up to 15 days for any reason. In the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the Trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days.
