Marjorie Elaine Clemens, 96

Marge “left this world on her own terms” on March 23, 2018. She passed in her sleep and so quietly slipped the bounds of this earth.

Marge was born Nov. 2, 1921, in Bainville. She attended the University of Minnesota, met and married Robert Clemens. Their union produced three children, Thomas, Cheryl and Roger. Marge was 96 years of age at her passing.

She worked for the university system in Dillon and in Kalispell at the Clerk and Recorders office. She often lamented to me her love for Kalispell, and especially her fellow associates at the Recorders office. She said it was the best place she ever worked.

Marge and Bob moved to Kalispell 40 years ago.

Bob passed in 1999 and now, after waiting all these years, they are together at the C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery.

Marge is survived by her three children, 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mother always sent them a little something on their birthday.

We will miss Mother in the years to come, but will do so with a broad smile on our faces knowing Mother enjoyed her life and lived it to the fullest.
